Primary Access & Security Controls

• ✓ Use an isolated 1Password access node.
• ✓ Never share master credentials.
• ✓ Grant the minimum permission per platform.
• ✓ Record every grant with the date and person.
• ✓ Revoke access the same day when offboarding.
• ✓ Track work on centralised project boards. No off-platform hidden DMs.

Control point: if access cannot be granted with a clear owner, minimum permission level, and same-day revocation path, stop and resolve the gap first.

The Task Execution Framework

• ✓ Clear Starting Assets: name the files, records, and source templates.
• ✓ Explicit Definition of Done: state what the finished asset must contain.
• ✓ The Feedback Loop: name the internal approver and review point.

If any one of the three is missing, the task is not ready to start.

The Safe Delivery Loop

• ✓ Before work begins: confirm the brief, source assets, owner, and due date.
• ✓ While work is active: keep status and questions on the central project board.
• ✓ At delivery: link the finished asset and flag the decision needed.
• ✓ After approval: record the decision, archive the final, and update the repeatable path.

A delivery is not complete when the file exists. It is complete when the decision is recorded and the repeatable path is easier for the next person to follow.
